A closer look at our company archives reveals that Olly Wendt, née Sommer, and Grete Wendt were not only masters of technical drawing for the designs of the figurines and music boxes; pencil drawings and watercolors, including nature studies and still lifes, can also be found here. Often, it was these everyday observations that inspired the figurines and ensembles.
